CHO CD105 is a chemically defined medium suitable for suspension culture of Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) and recombinant protein expression. The medium is free of animal, plant or synthetic origin proteins, peptides, and any uncleaved lysate or hydrolyzate. CHO CD105 medium is free of phenol red and does not contain hypoxanthine and thymine in the dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) amplification system.
